AURUM ROULETTE
Roulette is played by spinning a small ball around a wheel with thirty-seven numbered pockets (from Zero to 36) corresponding to those on the Roulette table layout. When the ball comes to rest in one of these pockets, the winning number is defined.
European/Single Zero Roulette is one of the oldest, most famous and attractive gambling games in the world. It is also the easiest to play. It is a game where everybody can try his luck.
Roulette is played by spinning a small ball around a wheel with thirty-seven numbered pockets (from Zero to 36) corresponding to those on the Roulette table layout. When the ball comes to rest in one of these pockets, the winning number is defined. The object of the game is to accurately predict an outcome of where this spinning ball will land inside the turning wheel. By predicting the right number, you earn a payoff on your bet (wager). The size of the payoff depends on the nature of the bet placed. Around the wheel, pockets alternate between red and black colors with the number 1 being red, number 2 being black, and so on. The ZERO pocket is colored green to signify that it is not part of any Red/Black, Odd/Even, High/Low, Dozens, or Columns bets. Bets are placed on a table, or Layout, that displays all the standard betting positions.

1.3 General Rules
● All bets at Roulette are made by placing gaming chips on the appropriate areas of the Roulette layout. Wagers are made during the betting time until the dealer announces "No more bets". The bets received by our server after this time become void (not valid) and stakes are returned to Player.
● Each player is responsible for the correct positioning of his wager, or wagers on the Roulette layout.
● Minimum and maximum wagers permitted are shown in the Table Limits Window located on the right of the screen.
● A bet may be rejected by the system prior to the small ball (or pill) being spun if the latter is not placed timely, or if the bet does not meet the minimum or maximum limit requirements.
● If any irregularities, please provide a "round number" of the game in your question when contacting the Live Chat support agent along with any other available information they might request.
1.4 Roulette Valid Spin Rule
A winning number is set off only if the roulette spin is valid.
The valid spin is defined as:
The wheel never stops spinning, so before throwing the roulette ball, the Dealer must first reverse the direction of wheel rotation. The Dealer always throws the roulette ball in the opposite direction to the wheel rotation. After it has been thrown, the ball must complete at least four full revolutions so that to confirm a valid spin.
In the case of a No Spin, the Dealer will replace the ball in the pocket of the last winning number and re-spin the ball based on our Casino procedures. All players' wagers will remain 'in play' until a valid spin is made.
Situations where a "No Spin" is declared:
● The ball has made less than 4 complete revolutions;
● On Roulette Fortune the wheel has made less than two complete rotations; ● The ball was thrown in the same direction as the wheel;
● The ball or wheel are spun in wrong directions;
● The wheel stopped rotating during the spin;
● The ball drops out or does not go into a pocket, but just revolves on the wheel; ● Any foreign object enters the wheel.
1.5 Roulette Bets and Odds
The first five types of bets are all made on the numbered boxes or on the lines between them and are called Inside Bets. The last five are made on the special boxes along the
bottom and left of the layout and are called Outside Bets. When you are moving your mouse over the betting table, the numbers that would be included in that spot are highlighted. Payout calculations are made according to the figures below: A payout of 35:1 (pronounced 'thirty-five to one') on a Straight-Up Bet means that a player betting, for example, 5 units on a single number would win 175 units plus its original bet of 5 if its number won - 35 were added to their 1.
Inside Bets
● Straight-Up Bet: A bet placed directly on any single number (Pays 35:1). ● Split Bet: A bet covering two numbers. Chips are placed on the line between any two adjacent numbers. (Pays 17:1).
● Street Bet: A bet covering three numbers. Chips are placed at the lower edge of any row of numbers. Bets placed at the junctions of '0, 1, and 2' or '0, 2, and 3' are also accepted as Street Bets (Pays 11:1).
● Corner Bet (also called a Square Bet or Quarter Bet): A bet covering four numbers. Chips are placed on the corner/cross where any four numbers are. A bet placed on '0, 1, 2, 3' (the lower junction of '0 and 1') is also taken as a Corner Bet (Pays 8:1).
● Six-Line Bet (also called a Line Bet): A bet covering six numbers. Chips are placed on the line between two adjoining streets (Pays 5:1).
Outside Bets
● Column Bet: Placing chips in one of the boxes marked 2 to 1. At the edge of the columns covers all the numbers in that column (in total makes twelve numbers). The Zero is not included by any of the columns.
● Dozen Bet: Placing chips in one of the three boxes marked 1st 12, 2nd 12 or 3rd 12 covers those twelve numbers in a row (1-12, 13-14 or 25-36).
● Chances - Red/Black, Even/Odd, 1 to 18/19 to 36 (also called High/Low Bet) - Any chips placed in one of these six boxes on the board cover the 18 numbers on the board as described in that box. (The Zero is not covered by any of these boxes). Red/Black bets cover either the 18 red numbers or the 18 black numbers. Even/Odd bets cover the even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.) or the odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, etc.). 1 to 18/19 to 36 bets cover the lower 18 numbers or the higher 18 numbers.
Special Bets

1.6 Wheel Sectors
Wheel Sectors are the first and most important group of bets that a majority of the players use. A European Roulette wheel is split into three main sections that correspond to areas on the table. The traditional names of these sections are in French - Voisins du Zero, the Tiers Du Cylindre section, Jeu 0, and Orphelins. In English, these are Neighbours of Zero, Third of the Cylinder (Wheel), Zero Game, and Orphans.
Wheel Sectors Description
Voisins du Zero/ 0|2|3 Series
Jeu 0/
Spiel

a Straight-Up Bet on 1 and splits on 6/9, 14/17, 17/20 and 31/34.
Each bet uses 1 chip.
1.7 Neighbour Bets
Those are the bets that are placed according to the numbers as they appear on the Roulette wheel, rather than the Roulette table.
Betting Description

1.9 New Feature - Aurum Roulette
Aurum Roulette is a new feature in the standard Roulette. This bonus feature allows players to multiply their winnings by an amount from x50 to x700 (payout varies from 49:1 to 699:1).
One to five "Aurum numbers" (“gold numbers”) are selected randomly in each round. The player must predict the number on which the ball will land, and then place one or more bets on the field that covers the given number. See Fig 8:
Aurum mode is On: Betting on Aurum numbers
When the Aurum Roulette feature is activated, the straight-up* bets (bets placed on any single number) are paid outside the standard payout table. The payout coefficient for a straight-up bet on any of the “Aurum numbers” varies from 49:1 and 699:1, depending on the probability of the ball landing on that particular number. If a player places, for example, a straight-up bet on any of the “Aurum numbers” of that round, then the payout coefficient can be any in the range from 49:1 to 699:1.
The payout coefficient of a winning straight-up bet on two or more “Aurum numbers” is 30:1. If a player places, for example, straight-up bets on three different “Aurum numbers” and the ball lands on one of those three numbers, then the win pays 30:1.
Return to Player:
When the Aurum Roulette feature is activated, the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for a "straight-up" bet is 97.26%.
The theoretical RTP for all the other bets is 97.30%.
The most optimal RTP is 97.28%.

Appendix 1 Roulette Terms
Although roulette is a fairly simple game to play, there are dozens of different terms that are used in roulette that you may not be familiar with. These roulette terms appear again and again in writings about roulette, and you'll also hear many of them when you're at the roulette table.
The following list features some of the most common (and most important) roulette terms that you will want to know before playing.
American Roulette:
Bet on the Layout:
The version of roulette most commonly played in North, Central, and South America. In this version of the game, there are 38 pockets on the wheel numbered 1-36, along with a zero and a double-zero.
A wager placed anywhere on the numbers portion of the table
Biased Wheel: A wheel on which not all numbers are equally likely to win on a given spin. Many stories of players scoring large wins in roulette are the result of exploiting biased wheels and betting on the numbers most likely to win.
Block Betting: The set of numbers on one section of the wheel bet as a group in certain roulette strategies.
Call Bets: Call bets are wagers made by speaking the bet aloud without placing any chips on the table. Many casinos do not allow true call bets but do allow announced bets, where a player calls out a bet and then
immediately places the chips on the table to cover that bet.
Carr: A French term meaning a Corner Bet.
Cheval: A French term meaning a Split Bet.
Colonne: A French term meaning a Column Bet.
Column Bet: A bet on one of the three available columns of numbers. Pays 2 to 1.
Croupier: The casino employee who oversees the play at the roulette table. This employee may also be referred to as a dealer, but croupier is the more formal and accurate term.
Double Zero: The space on a roulette wheel marked "00" that can only be found on American roulette wheels. These wheels are also known as "double zero" wheels accordingly.
Dozen Bet: A bet on one of the three available groups of 12 numbers; 1 through 12, 13 through 24, or 25 through 36. Pays 2 to 1.
En Plein: A French term meaning a Straight Up Bet.
En Prison: A French phrase literally meaning "in prison". A rule applied to even-money wagers only. When the outcome is zero, some online
casinos will allow the player to either take back half his/her bet or leave it (in prison) for a subsequent spin. In the second case, if in the next
spin the outcome is again zero, then the entire wager is lost.
European Roulette
The version of roulette most commonly found in European and Asian casinos. In this version of the game, only one zero is used, which lowers the house edge. In addition, the en prison rule allows players to recover half of all even-money bets should the ball land in the zero pocket. These rule changes give European roulette a much lower house edge than American roulette.
French Bets: These bets cover certain physical sections of the roulette wheel. They are popular in European casinos, particularly among high rollers. A player making a French bet is actually making several bets at once to cover all of the numbers in each wheel section.
House Edge: The mathematical advantage the casino holds over the player, expressed as the percentage of each bet the casino expects to keep on average in the long run. On a single zero roulette wheel, the house edge is 2.70%.
Inside Bets: Bets made on the inside section of the roulette layout, where the numbers are printed. These bets cover only individual numbers and
small groups of numbers and payout at relatively high odds.
La Partage: A roulette rule akin to the En Prison rule, only in this scenario the player loses half their bet and doesn't enjoy the option of leaving their bet "En Prison" for a later spin. This refers to the 'outside' even-money wagers Red/Black, High/Low, Odd/Even & applies when the result is zero.
Marker: The device used by the croupier to mark the winning number after each spin. Players should not place new bets for the upcoming spin until the croupier has removed the marker from the table.
Mini Roulette: A version of roulette available at some online casinos. In this game, there is a smaller wheel that features only 13 numbers (0-12), and
payouts are adjusted accordingly. In addition, many Mini Roulette
games return half of all losses when a spin results in a zero, which
makes the house edge similar to the advantage the casino holds in
traditional roulette games.
Orphans: Commonly heard in European casinos. Refers to a bet on 3 specific numbers 6, 34 & 17 that are neighbours on the wheel, though far apart on the layout.
Orphelins: Another term normally used in European casinos. It's a bet on a specific group of numbers on a section of the roulette wheel which are
neighbours on the wheel, though apart on the layout.
Outside Bets: Bets made on the outside part of the roulette layout. These bets generally cover large sections of the roulette wheel and pay out at
lower odds. Many are even money bets, such as red/black or odd/even.
Pockets: The areas on the roulette wheel in which the roulette ball might land. Each pocket has a unique number, ranging from 1-36, and there is also a 0 pocket (and a 00 pocket on an American roulette wheel). Half of the numbered pickets are colored red, while half are black, and zeros are colored green.
Six Line: A bet made that covers two adjacent rows of numbers on the roulette layout, covering six numbers in all. This bet traditionally pays out at 5-1 odds.
Split: A bet made which covers two adjacent numbers on the roulette layout, made by placing chips on the intersection of two numbers. This bet
traditionally pays out at odds of 17-1.
Straight Up: A bet made on a single number, made by placing chips on that number on the table layout. This bet traditionally pays out at odds of 35-1.
Street: A bet made on a row of three numbers on the roulette table layout, made by placing chips on the edge of that row. This bet traditionally
pays 11-1 odds.
Tiers Du Cylindre:
A French expression commonly heard in European casinos. It is a bet on a particular group of numbers on a section of the roulette wheel, which are paired neighbours on the layout.
Transversale: A French term meaning a Street bet.
Voisins du Zero: A French term common in European casinos. It is a wager on a particular group of numbers on a section of the roulette wheel
neighbouring the zero.
Wheel Checks: The special unmarked chips that are used specifically on roulette tables.
Zero: The space on a roulette wheel marked 0. All roulette wheels contain this "single zero" space; American roulette wheels will also feature a
double zero pocket.
Sixainne: French for 6 line bet.
Roulette Tips for Players
● Increase Your Odds on the Inside: If you want to bet on specific numbers, don't forget that you don't have to bet on just one number. By using Split, Square, Line, and Street bets on the Roulette table, you can play several numbers that are near each other on the board with a single bet. The payout will not be as high as hitting a single number, but it will be a lot higher than playing the Outside Bets.
● Try a Betting Strategy: There is no single guide to Internet Roulette that winning Roulette players follow, but many of them follow a betting strategy of some kind to help them build their bankroll. There are all kinds of different ones to test out. Some involve doubling your bet every time you lose and lowering it when you win. Others swear by the opposite - raising it when you win and lowering it when you lose. Once you have found your favourite, give it a try on our tables.
Note: Win amounts are always rounded down to 2 numbers after the dot and lose amounts are rounded up to 2 numbers after the dot in bet history and transactions history sections. The whole numbers (win/lose) without rounding which are added to or extracted from the players' balances are depicted in the round history section.
Don't Get Emotional! Keep in mind that Roulette is a game of pure chance, so make sure you set yourself a bankroll that you are happy with IN ADVANCE and, if you play it all to the house, you leave the game. Roulette is very emotional and exciting, so it is easy to spend those chips quickly without thinking about it! We would recommend playing 3%-5% of your bankroll on any one bet/spin/round to help ensure a longer, more entertaining, and fulfilling
experience. Also, do not get angry or frustrated if you do not win this time. Roulette is a fun game first and any moneymaking is a bonus.
